There are many ways to promote and advertise your supported a team, or a player and one of the best way is through sports jerseys. It comes to a time when you may wearing your jersey and due to instances such as feeling a bit embarrassed because your team lost or finding yourself somewhere packed with supports from your opponent, then, at that point, you might have wished you were not wearing the jerseys.

At the All-Star Technology Summit recently held, the NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver unrevealed a sparkling, smart NBA jersey. This smart jersey is aimed to allow its users to modify their team and the name of the jersey on the fly.  The Commissioner did not go into details in terms of how these modifications are precisely made, however, looking at what was a showcase, it seems to be controlled by a smartphone app.

Moreover, rumors and guesses have it that, there is a possibility of a kind of flexible display that is built into the jersey. Presumably, this flexible display will allow the user to modify the jersey to another team by using a smartphone app that comes with it.  The NBA smart jersey so far might be somewhat limited due to its ability to only the change name and number that was initially on the jersey. Therefore we the idea of changing to another color might be a later feature.

We don’t know whether there are plans to begin selling these smart shirts, in the long run. Nevertheless, it will be intriguing to perceive how generally welcomed these smart jerseys are when they are made available to buy. Meanwhile, different companies, for example, Google had already started investigating the idea of smart clothing, yet to date, the smart clothing tech hasn’t become conventional.
